MedStar Health: Gastroenterology at Brandywine

I pre-registered online prior to my appt so I did not have to wait beyond 5 min after my arrival. The nurse doing the vitals was extremely personable but yet professional; and the PA was nice and thorough. There were no hiccups or bumps during the visit. Even with the scheduler, all was great.

I had a very early appointment. When I arrived I went to the LL thinking that's where I was supposed to go. The women at the intake desk were a little as my mother use to say "persnickety." I felt as if I was annoying them because I was in the wrong place. I was quickly told where I was to go with "quick dismissiveness." When I arrived to suite 150, on the 1st floor, it was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone was pleasant, patient, helpful, and smiled from the moment I walked to the desk, including my visit with NP Wells, and the other intake staff in the back. Thank you, and congrats to that entire staff you made me forget any worries I may encounter regarding colon cancer.

My first visit was very pleasant. ALL of the staff, from the front desk to the NP made me feel like they cared about me. It was a good visit.
