This place never answers their phone! Better luck finding a different PCP. I’d heard such great reviews from a family member about this place and then quickly realized they don’t really pay much attention to new patients. They had me fill out paperwork ant the beginning of the month and never called me back to schedule an appointment. We are going into a new month and I still do not have an appointment set. I have called this office over 15 times and no one has returned my call or left any sort of email or voice message. This is insanely unprofessional and they could use some customer service training. No one wants to speak to an automotive message every time they call their doctor.

I've been really happy going to this office for the past couple of years for my primary care needs. I've been able to schedule appointments on short notice almost every time I've needed one at a time that's convenient for me. The wait times aren't usually very long and the doctor is great with answering all of my questions without rushing me. She's been so helpful with every problem I've had so far, I feel like I can totally trust her. I'm so glad I switched to this office!

The doctors and receptionist are nice they know how to do their job. The assistant nurses that handle the referrals are very unprofessional they never gave me the correct referral when I was leaving, I had to go up there and get the correct referral, and when doing so, I called the day before to make sure they will have it prepared for me and they still had the wrong referral for me all of my business was out in the open about what referral I was supposed to receive very unprofessional. The receptionist did handled the the situation professionally and saw the frustration on my face and ask that I just signed in as a walk-in so that I can speak to the doctor to talk about my referral privacy. They don't do their job as far as following up with the doctor that you're supposed to do the refer

One of the best doctors I have ever had. Great care, from the pleasant Medical assistant that made me feel so comfortable while being professional at the same time, and the doctor that really took the time to hear me out instead of rushing in and out the room. All around great service.

I am dedicated to all things Hampton University. It was a no brainer to choose Dr. Hampton-Bipat as my primary care physician. Anyone with Hampton as part of her name had to be awesome. Although she proudly represents another undergraduate school, I was more than pleased with my first experience. Almost eleven years as a patient, the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The level of care is always professional...even when I am thousands of months behind on my annual checks. The staff happily makes an appointment for me without judgement. What's in a name?
