Horrible. They don't answer calls and don't respond back until months later. This doctor's schedule is 2 months out. They are nice a sweet when you finally get a call back, but simply make unacceptable excuses like "sorry, we are trying to catch up. Anyway..." Not personable at all. This place needs an office manager STAT.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Boddu for a few years now. Everything started out great, but the office has declined in a major way. I’ve been stood up at scheduled appointments. Most times, I now have to wait well over 45 minutes for a scheduled virtual appointment. When she’s on, Dr. Boddu is wonderful. She listens and provides solid advice. She’ll let you know a staff member will contact you regarding any follow-ups, etc., and then, NOTHING. I try to give it a week before reaching out, only to still not receive a response. There’s a constant lack of communication. I’m finding that I’m having to call, email and/or text often with no replies (I’m giving the standard 24/48 hour for a response). Dr Boddu is very kind and a great doctor 5/5. She will listen to all your concerns and she's extremely knowledgeable. The only problem is that there is a ton of miscommunication between charting. You often have to advocate for yourself, repeatedly reminding them about necessary labs, medication changes, or other instructions from the previous doctor visit which leads to a lot of waiting and back-and-forth while they verify information, which can sometimes feel like a struggle since they may also push back on it sometimes due to not fully understanding what's going on. The customer service at the office is okay, but they aren't very welcoming, even when you do your best to be polite. Support for side effects were very challenging as well. She has been so thoughtful and helpful through all of this. She has helped me find safe ways to treat my problems while safely nursing my child. Sometimes it is difficult to get a timely appointment along with appointment times running behind/late, which is frustrating. But her experience, time, and knowledge make up for those negatives.

Dr Boddu. If her specialty wasn't Endocrinology, she would make an amazing PCP. I would love her as a Primary Care Doctor. She gets straight to the point when it comes to what you're dealing with, but she is also caring and apologetic and wanting the best for her patient. She also helps when it comes to insurance, and what procedures, surgeons, etc; will be covered by the insurance of the patient. Understanding, very soft speaking, I love that in a doctor. I am not going to lower the rating for this. But I had an appointment last Thursday, already set in stone. They told me the day before that my referral was expired. It takes up to two business days to get a referral from a PCP. So, I had to reschedule for the following Thursday (today) because my insurance wouldn't have covered last Th
