Bedford Associates in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I had such a positive experience getting my wisdom teeth out here! The doctor and staff were so kind, caring, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. They walked me through everything and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. My recovery went so smoothy— much better than I expected—and I truly think that’s because of the great care I received. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making something I was nervous about feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had an awful experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. The staff and doctor were very harsh and aggressive throughout the process. As soon as the procedure was done, a lady physically and aggressively shook me to wake me up and immediately forced me to walk, even though I was still dazed and weak from anesthesia. It felt like they only cared about rushing through patients because the place was packed with clients. They were completely disrespectful, showed no empathy, and made me feel unsafe and mistreated. This was by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had—absolutely unacceptable.

Dr.Deljavan and staff were very caring and personable. I typically have trouble with dental procedures. Dr Deljavan and staff made it an absolute breeze. Zero trouble or fear once in the chair.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Deljavan and the staff here. Everyone was very kind, informative and helpful. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted after many years of putting it off out of fear. My bottom left tooth was impacted and extremely close to the nerve but my recovery has been smooth and painless. The swelling was very minimal. My friends and family couldn't believe how quick I bounced back I would highly recommend this place to anyone. These guys know what they're doing!

It was evident that they are well trained in their field. Dr. McPhillips explains every aspect of your procedure and what to expect after. He takes the time to answer all questions. I am so thankful I was referred to such a competent and compassionate oral surgeon. No one wants to have oral surgery, but if it is needed, Dr McPhillips and his staff are the best choice in my experience.
