I usually am very happy with the service I receive. This holiday, not so much. They were sent a new prescription for me on the 22nd. I tried to call on the 23rd and couldn't get a live person on the phone to find out how long it would take to be filled. So, according to Google the pharmacy is open today. I drove over there to try to get my medication. They're definitely closed, but no sign on the window that they're closed today. I was told to start my medication immediately. This isn't even close. I know it's the holidays but this isn't working for me. By the time I finally get my medication it will be at least a week after I was supposed to start it. I'm transferring everything out.

I have always had the best customer service with Deliverit. They seem to have my medications in stock every time I need a refill and they actively work with my doctor to make sure that my prescription doesn’t get messed up or that they can adjust it accordingly! I drive to them from Plano because of their ability to get things done with the typical hassle and treatment from other pharmacy’s.

DeliverIt Pharmacy is by far my favorite pharmacy! Their staff is always friendly and helpful, the service is fast and professional, and I truly feel cared for every time I visit. I highly recommend them over other local pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens ,they go above and beyond!

We transferred our scripts and have had 100% awesome service. Kristy is the BOMB of a pharmacist. We are thoroughly grateful for her. Always kind, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile.

Absolutely amazing place! Switched all of our prescriptions this week. Kristy was so helpful and kind. She made it very simple to do the transfer. Our prescriptions were delivered on time as promised. I was worried about how they would deliver my mother’s eye drops that need to be kept cool. They were delivered in a chest with ivermectin packs. And, the cost was about a third of what we had been paying for the drops. Cannot recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
