5 stars all the way to Dr. He and his insightful team! I received exceptional care when it mattered most! I was dealing with an intense dental emergency at the most inconvenient time (Friday afternoon). I reached out to my general dentist first, but they never responded. I started calling around and came across Dr. He's office. They listened closely to my symptoms over the phone and correctly suspected it was an endodontic issue, rather than something they could handle in-office —no unnecessary appointments or guesswork. I immediately called the endodontist they referred me to and booked an emergency appointment for first thing Monday morning. After the endodontist did their work, they advised I go back to my general dentist to monitor and do some restoration on the tooth in question.

Came in for my new patient appointment and cleaning. Dr. He was wonderful, as well as all other staff members I encountered. The visit was very thorough and I appreciated how well everything was explained. Happy to have found a great place for dental care!

Dr He is a fantastic dentist! He truly cares for his patients. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful and his staff is patient and helps Dr He well. Dr. He has cared for my family many years including my dad who is in fragile health. I would highly recommend him if they want someone who is knowledgeable and compassionate dentist.

I’d like to start off by saying that I am and have always been afraid of the white coat professionals. I have always been terrified of them. I don’t know what it is but it terrifies me to be seen. However I do want to say that Dr. He has been so kind and so gentle when he took care of me these past few times. I am grateful and thankful for Dr.He to be my doctor/dentist. He truly deserves it all! The team members are amazing and truly the best office I have ever had treatment from. Thank you all for everything. If anyone is ever hesitant to calling this office DON’T BE! You won’t be disappointed! Dr. He you are the best!

The best dentist in Texas! Really happy with Dr Hoang and the entire team at Brown Trail. Very professional but, just as importantly, very caring, good, kind people. Which is harder and harder to find in modern Healthcare. 5 stars all the way!
