A lot of miscommunications and delays !!!!!! The work is great but to get it is another story. They requested that I don’t send to them anymore because I was upset that once they lost my case and once they said it broke and I had to resend. . I’m glad they encouraged me to find another place.

My experience at NDX left quite the impression. I drove from NJ to PA, just shy of a 3 hour trip not knowing what to expect as I pulled up and walked through the front doors. Well, to my surprise I was politely greeted by someone at the front desk who was anticipating my arrival and knew I had driven quite the distance. She was friendly as she inquired about my drive and asked me to sign in and let me know someone would be right with me. Within a couple of minutes, a kind gentleman greeted me as he introduced himself as Jim and led the way. I took a seat in the chair as he kindly explained the step-by-step process and was attentive in finding out exactly what I was looking for as he carefully listened and answered questions.
