Do not use this lab. The quality has plummeted and the prices have skyrocketed. Another dentist was threatened with collections because they were putting MY cases on their account. Spoke with billing and it was very unprofessional. Who knows who else is paying for other’s cases with a monthly autopay?

Absolutely do not use this laboratory. I had a crown done with a custom stain and shade. The initial technician who was supposed to do my custom stain and shade that I interacted with was wonderful . However, that is NOT who my second appointment was with. In fact, as I was expressing my frustration with my dentist and just having to replace the crown in general after 10 years the technician looked at me and said "I don't think that's very productive right now, let's just focus on getting this done shall we?". Now,no one likes going to the dentist and they certainly don't like having to have something like a crown done because more often than not it's embarrassing when necessary to cover natural teeth.
