NDX Lords

I’ve had multiple issues with NDX Lords Lab when it comes to implant crowns. In my experience, their quality control does not meet the standards expected for this level of restorative work. I’ve encountered inconsistent fit, subpar contours, and a lack of precision that has resulted in additional adjustments, remakes, and wasted chair time. To be fair, I can see their team is trying their best to execute the cases. They are responsive and polite, and they seem genuinely invested in doing a good job. However, effort alone doesn’t make up for the recurring quality issues I’ve experienced. I feel they often overpromise and underdeliver. For a premium lab, I expect a higher level of consistency, especially with implant prosthetics. I hope they invest more into quality control and technician

I am a dentist in Green Bay and use NDX Lords exclusively for my fixed cases. We do a lot of work and communicate via 3 shape, phone and even send patients for custom shades. I have nothing but great things to say about Jackson, Brad and the rest of the fixed crew. Just cemented a tough porcelain fused to zirconia case on #8 and 9 that we sent the patient for custom shade and it looked amazing. That's what prompted me to finally write a review. Thanks NDX Lords for being an integral part of our patients care.

I have used Lords dental recently and found their work to be above and beyond. They are very helpful. The finished product is awesome. Highly recommend using this company. They are very knowledgeable friendly. Above all they know their stuff.

Dentists, Great lab! Wonderful people work there! I am near retirement and when my dental technological insufficiencies show up, they will guide me step by step through the procedure!
