From the receptionist to the clinicians and Dr Kraft you are treated with a professional attitude and upbeat attitude. The staff is knowledgeable and is excellent in all areas from prevention to dental care and will refer if they feel it is in your best interest for specialist care. I don't trust Moira Kraft, her skills (or lack thereof) as a dentist, or her poor attitude. I have based this entire opinion on my experiences with her. During the appointment, she constantly spoke with her assistant about her personal life, sharing every detail, and she was unfocused and flighty, haphazardly drilling, seeming not to care about what she was doing. I recall thinking I hope she knows what she is doing. She damaged my teeth so badly two needed to be removed, according to the specialists and doctors/dentists that I ended up needing to see. Also, if you go to her and simply say you're in pain, she shuts down the conversation, which now I believe is to cover up for her incompetence. My family has been going to De Pere Family Dentistry for a few years now. We love the staff and Dr. Kraft and Bernie, the therapy dog! My daughter is 6 and begs to go to the dentist, and I love that she is so comfortable with the care she receives. Brooke is the hygienist I usually see and she’s wonderful. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience here and it’s right in our neighborhood.

I had my first appointment today at De Pere Family Dentistry and I was very pleased with the care I received. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Kraft took time to explain things and was very open to any questions I had and was very thorough. My dental hygienist Brooke was also very nice and did a good job. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when I called to make the appointment. We are new to this area and it is a good feeling to know we found a dental clinic where we can receive excellent care for years to come.

Great staff. Great value. Private rooms instead of the big room filled with patients, which is nice! Dr. Kraft is the first dentist I've ever felt comfortable with. She's very down-to-earth, understanding, gentle, and non-judgemental. Sam at the front desk is exceptionally good at what she does and also VERY friendly and upbeat! The hygienist I see is great at her job, friendly, and easy to be around! Highly recommend!!
