Her extensive knowledge and use of multiple chiropractic techniques completely resolved my hip pain, back pain, and plantar fasciitis. I experienced not only pain relief, but noticeable improvements in my overall alignment, mobility, and movement quality. The results have been so significant that my Pilates instructor has commented that I am no longer uneven and that I’m able to extend much farther in movements like cat-cow due to the work Dr. Amy has done on my hips.
