NDX Albensi

Terrible experience with this lab. The very first crown fit perfectly, but every case since then has required major adjustments or had to be sent back. Most recently, I had to return a patient’s crown for the second time. I’ve requested a refund and asked for my account to be closed.

Would highly recommend this lab to any dental office!! We are extremely happy with the outcome of all our restorative work that comes from this lab! All of our appliances and crowns return back to our office in a fast time frame, little to no adjustments and are beautifully done by the lab techs! Andrew the GM is amazing, he is always so friendly and answers all of our questions instantly!! Great customer service and their team is always willing to go above and beyond for our office!

I really enjoy working with Albensi. They do great work with minimal adjustments. Patients crowns are great and good communication if there are fabrication issues. Important to note is that you need to give them preferences for prosthetic designs so they know what you want for your design. Alex does a good job with answering my questions.

The worst lab ever... they are slow, ..took over 6 months for permanent teeth than sent me somebody else's teeth and broke my mold. My healing dentures didn't fit properly so was looking forward to getting my permanent teeth which was a complete joke because now I have to start over. I have to wait for 6 months for my refund to get my Permanent teeth. Nobody cares they've put me through pain and suffering due to their screw ups. They need to be sued. Be sure and ask your dentist what lab there using. If it's this lab run 🏃‍♀️ no one should wait almost 1.5 years for their teeth
