After experiencing several recent issues with my previous pill pack pharmacy, I decided to switch to Accuserv—and I couldn’t be happier. The transition was seamless from start to finish. I called ahead with questions and was pleasantly surprised when a real person, Mark, answered the phone and thoughtfully addressed all of my concerns. Accuserv handled the transfer effortlessly, and my first pill pack arrived on time and perfectly accurate.

Originally, I gave this 5+ stars, for service, professionalism, friendliness. However, there has been a change & not a good one. I only deal with the mail order part of this Co. My company will not let me use Pill Pack any more Now, mistakes are made & staff is unpleasant, curt & dismissive. No return phone calls, sending mental health medications that are no longer needed and could be dangerous. They are horrible at communicating and returning calls. They also seem to be overwhelmed with business so they really do not care about customer service. I cancelled all my prescriptions 12 hours after leaving two messages again with no response as their message says they will call you back. I would steer clear. They are nowhere near Amazon Pill Pack, nor will they be with the customer service a

Best pharmacy I have ever been to , they always have my life sustaining medication at a fraction of the cost vs other pharmacies. Their staff is wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. They even give my kids free candy bars or something each time we bring them in. All together just a wonderful place .

The pharmacist and workers are amazing at making every customer feel welcomed and comfortable with any need. Very responsible price for my medication as well. $2.83 cheaper per pill. They have a customer card as well,after the card is filled with I think 10 purchases of a certain dollar amount,a $5 discount is provided. Used to be $10. Recently switched to $5! I liked it better at $10 but $5 is better than none. Thank you AccuServ in Irwin,Pa for outstanding service.
