I was recently sent a notice of an overdue bill from for a visit to this office that was apparently billed incorrectly multiple years ago. I attempted to call but was directed to a voicemail. After receiving a call back from a woman named Shannon, I was called a liar for stating I had never received a bill before, and then without verifying who I was beyond a first name, she then proceeded to inform me of a condition that I do not have, and my bill is related to care for this condition. I am pretty sure that's a HIPAA violation, but that's for someone above my pay grade to decide.

They do not answer the phone, they do not call back to messages. They will leave you waiting forever. My father went to this office, I went to this office, and now we are having issues with another family member. I do not recommend. The lack of care, the MULTIPLE life threatening misdiagnoses, and the lack of responsibility to patients. It is too much. If you have medical issues please go somewhere else if you can, it may save your life. Not all of the doctors are bad, but it is too stressful and difficult at this office.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Gottron and his entire staff! I've been seeing him for at least 20 years and he and his staff have always treated me with the care you would give to a good friend. I especially would like to give Andrea in the Greensburg office 5 stars for her special care and concern!!!

Doctors and NP are great but the nurses lack professionalism. They don’t call back or answer the phone. They don’t follow up on tests they say they’re calling in to be done. Blood work was never called in and I left 4 voice messages with no response. The office needs to fire all the nurses and get new hires.

I just got established with Dr Ruba Nicola and she is THE BEST!!! She is straightforward but also compassionate. The nurses and techs are caring and communicative. It's a small office so they get to know you. Just be patient calling the automated system and keep trying until someone answers. It doesn't take long.
