The absolute worst customer service rep called me to tell me my daughters prescription was not covered. I called my insurance company and they said no such thing and I called back and the rude lady picks up. I said I spoke to someone and they told me my daughters prescription was denied but… She says you talked to me and I never said denied I said “not covered”. I said isn’t not covered and denied the same thing? She says No! I was done with the conversation! Let me inform you denied and not covered by insurance is the same thing! I have literally been with this pharmacy for almost four years and this is the first negative interaction! SMH

They’re awesome! Recently had an issue where my prescription that was delivered literally blew away within minutes of it being delivered and the woman I spoke to was so helpful and awesome!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for several minutes. When they do answer, they are also very monotone and seemingly do not care to help.

I haven’t used this pharmacy for filling prescriptions, but I recently called to check if they had a medication that’s been on backorder elsewhere. The woman who answered was incredibly kind and informed me they didn’t have it in stock. However, she went above and beyond by offering helpful advice on how to find my medication, such as getting a physical script or contacting my insurance company to see if they could assist. In just a quick 40 second call, it was clear to me that this pharmacy genuinely cares about their patients well-being
