Frank is an expert when it comes to healing and understanding the body. He has helped keep my neck and back spasms at bay even amidst a grueling show schedule and dancing during the days. What I love about Frank is he knows so many different techniques and ways to help- whether it’s acupuncture, massage, cupping, tens unit, and so much more- he is able to put all areas of his expertise to use to get you exactly where you need to be. He gives you as much time as possible and is VERY willing to fit you in in a bind- which is helpful if you are working through an injury! Couldn’t recommend him enough. Frank is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. Not only is his knowledge of the body extensive, he also has an intuitive nature about him that allows you to relax and know that he will find the painful spots without you having to overly explain what you are feeling.
