Natural State Foot and Ankle Clinic

After going to Doctor Mcglaughlin over a year, he told me initially that my pain and swelling in my ankle is severe osteo- arthritis buildup from dislocating and fracturing foot and ankle 15 years ago and to wear a boot until I saw him next. Then he bounced back and forth forgetting which he had last told me to wear each visit. Then after telling me initial visit the arthritis would most likely have to be cut out he switched to saying after finally doing an MRI near 2 years later that there's no significant arthritis (though x-rays showed it originally) that there's nothing to fix it's a simple heel bone bruise which never hurt at all- the pain has been on top my foot and in my ankle joint and metatarsal entire time yet according to Dr mcglaughlin the massive amount of osteo arthritis that

I recently became a patient at this clinic after reading many positive reviews about the staff and overall care, which encouraged me to choose them. The doctor who treated me, Dr. Josh, was very professional and kind. Unfortunately, my experience was soured by the first person who assisted me — I believe she was the doctor’s assistant — whose attitude was extremely rude. I couldn’t help but notice what felt like a xenophobic undertone in the way she treated me, as if the money I paid was somehow of a different value. Because of this, my overall experience was bittersweet, and I’m unsure if I would recommend this clinic. I truly hope management addresses this behavior and encourages their staff to treat all patients with kindness and respect.

I am not a patient. However, I am the caregiver to a patient, and accompany him to most of his appointments. Every appointment we attend, my client leaves with a smile and always looks forward to returning! Dr. McLaughlin is kind, patient, attentive to his patients needs, invested in his patients well being, and a pro at what he does! His staff are always friendly, funny, and experts at making you feel welcome and relaxed. When I have the need, they will definitely gain a new patient because this is where I will go! 100% recommend

Dr. McLaughlin recently did my foot surgery. I’ve never had a doctor so patient, understanding, and attentive as he is with his patients. He makes you feel comfortable and allows you to speak without being interrupted. He reassured me of my decision to go forward with having surgery and he was very confident that after surgery my foot would be just as good as my other one. He’s amazing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone having foot and ankle issues. Thank you Dr. McLaughlin!!!

Recently became a new patient and was very pleased with my treatment. The staff was great and the doctor was very friendly and explained everything. As busy as he was I felt he took the time as if I was important. Get asset to our community because it’s hard to find good doctors in town. Thanks for your caring.
