Hello all first of all Ms. Lynn at National was the best. Her customer service is so wonderful with so many business that offers braces she make the clients feel like family. She gave me the greatest news about my children getting there braces off. Which we were happy!!! She is one of a kind. She is very patient and caring. I pray that anyone reading this will choose this location cause she and all the staff, plus the doctor are amazing. I would know cause we have been with this location for 7 years. Linn was A great person to work with when he came to my children in the appointment. It was easy. They was fair financially in my budget they was willing to work with us and go all the way. Five stores is what I can only give her, but I will give her 20 stores for how she assisted me and my children today and I am a real person and I am a real client and I am a real customer. Been in treatment since 2019, and there has been no clear explanation as to why my treatment plan has stretched to seven years. Whenever I ask when treatment will be completed, I never receive a direct or transparent answer, often it’s vaguely blamed on COVID, which no longer feels like a valid explanation at this point. The office has a high turnover of staff, which makes continuity of care difficult. Appointment wait times are consistently long, around 45 minutes after arrival. Unfortunately, the doctor is not personable and does not appear invested in patients treatment plans. When questions are asked, responses are often dismissive or unclear, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported as a patient. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. My kids have been coming here for over 10 years, and we’ve always had a positive experience. However, the recent schedule changes (only open on Mondays and Wednesdays and closing early those days) are very inconvenient for working parents and can even cause kids to miss school. I was also told that other locations can only be used for emergency visits and that we cannot switch locations for better availability. Flexibility and customer service should be a top priority, especially for families who have been loyal for so long.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked the orthodontist how long I needed to wear my retainer, and his response was, “I don’t know, it’s on the paper.” Seriously? Very dismissive and unprofessional. Then the secretary told me, “Don’t go off the paper, just wear them every day.” I left feeling confused and completely disregarded. I regret ever going here, it feels like a revolving door of new techs, almost like a sweatshop. Avoid this place if you want respectful and consistent care.
