Lithonia Pediatric Dentistry

My children have been a patients for over 5 years. This recent visit/experience with Tiffany was unacceptable. I'm use to Tedra's professionalism and multi tasking at the front desk. No matter how many patients, Tedra & Jessica knows all of us best. Tiffany's demeanor was rude and offensive. Tiffany should not be at the front desk! Other than my encounter with Tiffany, this office and staff give exceptional customer service. They stay busy and are very attentive to the kids!!!

Half the staff is friendly. The other half has attitudes like they really just don’t want to be here. Also, even though this is a pediatric dentist, they don’t have anything in the lobby that caters to children other than a TV that only plays SpongeBob. We do not watch SpongeBob in our household and never have. The procedures are inconsistent, like every time we go there’s a different process to prepare my daughter to be seen. Sometimes I can go with my kid for X-rays and sometimes I can’t. This time, they had a kid before us who couldn’t be seen due to a fever. They immediately walked us into the same exact area without disinfecting or cleaning anything. I was considering donating some toys and coloring books but the attitude of the staff is so distasteful, I barely want to stay for the

I took my son here this morning for a cleaning and exam. The entire visit lasted less than 10–15 minutes, and NO CLEANING was performed on his teeth. At previous dental appointments elsewhere, the dentist always spoke directly with me afterward to explain their findings. This time, no one came to discuss anything. I had to ask the dental assistant what was going on, and the explanation I received was very vague . Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning. NO CLEANING, NO THOROUGH EXAM, a waste of my time!

I've visited numerous dentists in the past, and our experiences have always been unpleasant. Many lacked the patience needed to work with children. However, Lithonia Pediatric Dentist has completely changed that for us! Ms. Kiara, Ms. Daniela, and Dr. Shim truly went the extra mile to help my son overcome his previous fears of the dentist. Their patience and understanding make all the difference when it comes to working with kids. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found a dental practice that genuinely cares about their patients and isn't just going through the motions of a 9-5 job. I highly recommend them!

Lithonia Pediatric Dentistry is the best office I have EVER been to! I wish they were a family dentist! The customer service and competency is exemplary! It is sooo hard to find quality healthcare, convenient appointments, and cleanliness! Dr. Winter is the best! He reeks the passion for his work! He truly loves what he does and works so well in diversity. He knows how to cater the treatment towards the age. He makes me want to have my teeth cleaned! I live in Gwinnett County and I will drive through all traffic to come to this office. They are a true gem in the Stonecrest Community!
