Georgia Orthodontic Studio

I have signed up w/Georgia Orthodontic Studio. The agreement was to take funds from my checking/savings account on 15th of month for services. This company has violated contract by taking funds before/after due date time. This has caused a financial burden upon my family & I. They acquired me stay w/contract & I except the company to do the same. No one from the Georgia Orthodontic Studio has contacted me via email, text, call to state that my account was behind on payments. My families last visit was 9/11/25 the person over their billing department NEVER spoke w/during nor after visit. Georgia Orthodontic Studio at the Stonecrest Mall Parkway location where Dr. J.A Duval, DDS is located, has been deducting monies from my checking account irregular for months. I’m so glad to see all the wonderful reviews about this office but unfortunately I did mot have a positive experience with this office/location. First red flag, we were given an appointment for December 2024. Upon calling a week before the scheduled appointment I discovered that he was never put on the schedule. We then had to take an appointment for January 2025. The day of the appointment we arrived and were told several times BEFORE even taking x rays or scans that the insurance normally doesn’t pay and a young lady proceeded to take me into a room and gave me the payment breakdown. They eventually took my son back for scans and before leaving I asked how long it would be before they contact me with a response from the insurance, I was told two weeks. Came in for a quick retainer repair. Staff took great care of me. Got me in and out. Great place to visit

I have enjoyed my experience for the last couple of years. Ms. Lisa always takes great care of me every visit. She’s always so patience and listens to my concerns. She’s also super efficient, preventing me from having any mishaps in between visits.
