Dr. McMillan performed a procedure on me, did not hear from her other than a letter a week later stating the findings. She also prescribed a new medication for me. I was still not feeling well at all and contacted the office looking to speak with the doctor hoping she would be able to explain the findings in laymen terms to me and also go over the new medication she prescribed. I contacted the office 3 times and she never called me back even though I was telling the office that it was very important that I was still experiencing a lot of pain. They told me to go to the ER if it was that bad. I said I still wanted to speak with her. They assured me she would call before the end of the day. Of course, she did not call. The next day someone from the office called on her behalf. I ask

Absolute disgrace. When you 1st meet her she puts on a show, acting nice and caring. After that, she is cold and aggrevated to see you. Worst of all, I had a procedure with her and she said she'd call in 7-10 days with the results. I noticed the results came back 2 days later, but wanted to respect her time. After not hearing from her after 10 days, I started to call and email sporadically with no response. On day 20, I got a very brief and rude response from her telling me she had mailed a letter????? So it's obvious she doesn't give a s*it about her patients and she's too above us to make a 5 min phone call to see if you have questions. In addition, she charged my insurance for a Colonoscopy she did not do. Avoid her at all costs.

made an appointment in december of 2023 for march of 2024. this was the first available appointment. I show up after a 45 min commute on the date of the appointment to a receptionist telling me the doctor isn’t even in, they did not call me to let me know she tells me she called a number that isn’t even mine or close to mine while yelling asking if they should order a pizza, she reschedules me for the next available appointment for april. show up a second time to find out the doctor is once again not in! will never be rescheduling with this doctor ever again

Wonderful,intelligent, compassionate, helpful with my medical problems even smile before my surgery ~ she’s an incredible doctor. Only one I would need
