I called this office to speak with the receptionist who handles insurance matters regarding my mom's medication. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and impatient, telling me she couldn't even wait less than a minute while I looked up some insurance information. It was very frustrating to encounter someone so unprofessional in this role. This person does not seem suitable for this position.

Dr. Nasseri is the smartest Dr. I know. He is treating me for multiple problems and I feel Like he brought me back from the dead.
