Nao Medical - StuyTown Urgent Care

Nao Medical made my immigration physical process so much easier. They had all the required paperwork ready, explained everything clearly, and were very professional throughout my visit. I got there early and was taken care of before my appointment time. I truly appreciated how smooth and organized the experience was. The staff at this location were so pleasant and warm. I had an excellent experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff was courteous, efficient, and highly professional. I was seen promptly. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the entire visit reassuring and comfortable. I truly appreciate the quality care I received.

I called ahead to confirm that an OB would be onsite and able to help me. I was told yes. I even cancelled another appointment with an OB scheduled just 20 minutes later because I was in significant pain and wanted to be seen as soon as possible. I later received a call during my workday that I missed because my phone was on Do Not Disturb. The person who called left a note on my chart for when I called back. When I did call back, no one informed me of any updates or issues. I even mentioned that it was very painful for me to walk and asked to be told upfront if they couldn’t help me but no one said anything. Instead, I arrived at the clinic only to find out in person that they couldn’t assist me. Because of this lack of communication, I now have to wait for another appointment two hours a

The Nao Medical team did a fantastic job. Their ongoing support (in person and through text) makes the process a lot easier and less stressful. The medical service at their locations is quick and reliable. Would definitively recommend them!

Clean, professional and punctual for the most part. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an urgent care. They also have primary care as well. Which is different than other urgent cares.
