Nabil Zuhayr Madhun

I could not be more pleased with Dr Madhun. His front of house staff. Not so much. It takes multiple attempts to reach them and when I do they make snarky remarks when I mentioned that I had called 4 different times and she never tried to call me back. I understand life is stressful but I've been billed incorrectly and just recently was charged for reading my cgm which I was never informed about. Due to the bad interactions with the front desk staff I will be looking for a new endocrinologist next year. **** please not Madhun's care is exceptional but his front desk staff is horrible ***

Dr. Nabil Madhun is wonderful! I see him for my thyroid and he (and his office) is always so efficient, but takes care of me well. Everyone is friendly and answers questions. He also potentially saved my life by having me switch birth control methods when he realized the one I've been on might be problematic to my health. I am so happy I found him.

My experience, for over a year, with Dr. N. Madhun has been amazing. My first appointment was for an hour and he spent that and then some learning about my medical history and past diabetes management. I frequently communicate with him through the Patient Fusion portal and he responds sometimes within hours but always within 24 hours. Additionally, he listens and is a man of his word. For example, I told him what metformin did to me. He asked me to try the non-fasting version and I reluctantly agreed. Only because he said, "if you have the same side effect, I'll never ask you to try it again." It's in my chart I don't tolerate that medication. He's an excellent listener and all around doctor who not only focuses on your medical care but you as a whole person. LYJ

Husband rescheduled 3 appointments with this doctor and they fired him as a patient. Didn’t have the courtesy to tell him or send a letter. Found out when he couldn’t get meds refilled. They should have notified him of their policy before drastic action. Complaints being filed!!!

Dr. Madhun is very thorough, kind and patient. He takes the time to educate about the disease state and treatment.
