N22 Pharmacy

Not sure what’s the problem or why ppl complain about. I picked up 2 prescriptions. 99 % of the time are ready when I get there. Once I forgot to get a refill, it was Saturday, lomita clinic was closed. The pharmacist was kind enough to give me one for free to take on Sunday. So I can see my doctor on Monday. They were very kind I didn’t even have the empty bottle, the look it up for me and help me out. One of the young ladies who works there has the patience of a saint. Some elderly woman was in front of me once, she literally told the story of her entire family tree. I was getting impatient, but I recognize how much that lady needed someone to listen. Harbor is harbor people. Be grateful they are there for us. Don’t expect private pharmacy treatment.

I highly recommend everyone who had a problem with this place to report them to the CALIFORNIA STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY. I ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGER/SUPERVISOR AND THEY REFUSE. This is the worst pharmacy to deal with. There is always some issues with "controlled" prescriptions being ready on time. We call in advance to ask if it is ready and when we get there we still have to wait 30 min and on top of that they charged me for the medication when my mom has medical and doesn't pay. Sometimes we pay and sometimes we don't. Get your business in order fire the manager or whoever runs the place.

Not expecting exceptional customer service from this place but today I had an incident with another lady who tried to cut the line because ‘she had called in advance’. Well, I did too. She tried to intimidate me but what’s wrong is wrong and a disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated by trying to get allies. The young man attending at the window somehow tried to put the blame on me for falling in line patiently & for being courteous enough to let the gentleman in front of me get attended to first, since he was there first. For one - the person I spoke with didn’t inform me that there’s a “priority line”, 2nd - there’s no signs whatsoever about this policy. So if you guys want to avoid more disputes like this in the future, I highly recommend ATLEAST putting up signs to better organize

Really Rude Staff they act like your bugging them when you call them. Lady got upset because I called the line for a refill and told to call another number that forwarded back to her. She made my refill in two second don't know why she would get mad at something that took no time to do.It was the Long Black Haired Latina girl that always has an attitude

I would throw caution to the win when visiting this for missing some of the time they will give you the wrong medication and ask you to speak to your medical advisor meaning your doctor. Having said that they will still charge your insurance Medi-Cal for the medication and turn it over to you.
