Went to my appointment Saturday morning to get a massage, I have been going through a lot of stress at home and have been having a lot of lower and upper back pain. The massage was really relaxing. After I left, I felt like a brand new person, my back wasn’t hurting anymore and I felt so refreshed that I had lots of energy.
I had lower aching back issues for years now and after a couple sessions I felt like it was almost never there. The relief also lasted for a long while. I was never really into the idea of massage but Alex showed me there's benefit to it. Easily going back. #10/10 #wouldrecommend
