I brought my son in for a limited exam on a fractured front tooth after an injury. He was experiencing significant sensitivity to air and temperature, so I was surprised when Dr. Cortez initially stated that treatment would need to be scheduled for another day instead of being addressed at that visit. When a child is in discomfort, that’s concerning. After speaking with the office manager, we were able to be seen later that afternoon, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, during the procedure, an infection control concern occurred. The assistant, Carolina, removed the bite block suction, dropped it on the floor, wiped it off, and placed it on the tray. She then attempted to place it back into my son’s mouth. I stopped her and stated that I saw it fall on the floor. She responded that the

I took my girls here this morning and had a great experience. Diana Cortez is amazing. She is patient, speaks to the kids with empathy, and explains everything so well. Going to the dentist can be scary for kids, but she made them feel comfortable. Very happy momma!

Staff is always very pleasant. We recently had an emergency and I left a message after hours and as soon as the office opened on Friday morning I received a call about how they would help and as soon as we arrived at the office the staff was waiting and ready to fix the problem that my son was experiencing with his braces. My son has been a patient at this office for the past 15 years and we are just amazed on how after all these years we have received the same kindness and most of all all of the staff greets you and smiles all the time. I highly recommend this office

My son has sensory processing issues and level 2 autism spectrum disorder. If you have a child with special needs, this is absolutely the place to go. The dentist, the hygentist, the dental assistant and the front desk were so patient and kind! What a rare find. This is our go to child dentistry for over 8 years! We have never had a bad experience.

The staff were very good and helpful. Great team player except for the hygienist she was being a little rough on my daughter, when the doctor had checked out my daughter's teeth and said looks good. The hygienist needs to be more kind and have compassion.
