West Pasco Pharmacy

They have been telling my daughter her medication would arrive "tomorrow" all week. Each day it is, "oh, it wasn't in this order. It will be here tomorrow." Tomorrow comes and they don't have it. She has been without her medication for a week now because of this & it is a necessary med. Not ok! I can't imagine if it had been a life saving medication. They are unreliable & we are switching pharmacies. Edit to add: If it were due to preauthorization issues and the medication not being in stock, why tell her multiple times (incorrectly) that it would be ready to pick up "tomorrow"? She was also told that they FORGOT to out the order in, so it wasn't just a preauthorization issue. The BEST pharmacy experience I've ever had! The communication is great, the service is great, and the pharmacist is amazing--she remembers all my family's meds and conditions. I won't go back to Walgreens or Target as long as West Pasco Pharmacy is around. I hesitate to give it a great review because I selfishly don't want the secret to get out, but they really do deserve the 5 stars and all the business they can handle.

I love this Pharmacy! The people are so friendly and always willing to help! They make you feel like you’re not just a number unlike other pharmacies I’ve been to! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone wanting great customer service and quality care!
