Awesome! Service with a smile and everyone was pleasant! What stood out to Elijah and I most was that he was not made to feel bad about those brackets in the back that keep coming off. Instead , staff explained that it is because of his wide overbite and it’s nothing that he can help. The Durham office threatened to stop treatment if the back brackets kept coming off. My daughter was so excited to get her braces. The staff was amazing and did a wonderful job. They explained everything step by step and also explained the aftercare very well. I highly recommend this business to anyone thinking about getting braces or oral corrections. Thanks guys
