Myo Flatiron

The best kind of physical therapy! I’ve been going to Myo and working with Dr Best since summer 2025 and it’s been such an incredible experience. I love Myo’s approach to figure out the root cause of any physical tension that I experience. They give me specific movements to help strengthen and develop better habits so I can move more efficiently. Dr Best is also so great at educating me to know my body better. It’s always an empowering experience each time! I’d recommend Myo to anyone who wants to move better and future proof their body!

I had a great experience with Leon. My massage therapist really focused on the specific areas where I was holding tension, especially in my neck, shoulders, and upper back, rather than just doing a routine massage. He was attentive to pressure and clearly knew how to target the right muscles, taking time to work through tight spots until I could feel them release. What stood out most was how much of a difference it made throughout the rest of the day. My shoulders felt lighter, my posture felt more natural, and the usual tightness I get later in the day didn’t come back. Overall, it was a very effective, targeted massage that left me feeling noticeably better.

MYO is an amazing clinic with incredible people! I have personally worked with Dr. Best for a shoulder injury and with Dr. Aimee for pelvic floor PT, and they have both been extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable and supportive, but also genuinely great people, which makes the sessions not only effective but enjoyable. I highly recommend them and their entire team at MYO. She is very attentive and helped me diagnose some issues and also working with me to resolve and figure out the root cause of my problems.
