My Root Doctor

I recently had two root canal treatments done at MyRootDr., and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The doctor was extremely professional, gentle, and reassuring, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The procedures were completely pain-free, the office was clean and modern, and the staff was kind and welcoming. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such a high level of expertise with genuine care for their patients. If you need a root canal, look no further. I am just getting back from a root canal at Dr. Hoffman's office (formerly Dr. Tao's office). My exceptional experience started off with Doug taking my information and not only getting back within an hour (unheard of) that they accepted my lesser known insurance, but he had a quote with what my copay would be...amazing! I have had 2 other root canals over the years by two other endodontists and this was not only the best experience by far (fast, efficient and pain free), but also saved me $800 of co-pay over a quote from the local endodontist that did my last root canal two years ago. As a plus, this was the first root canal that provided headphones with music (like you get with an MRI)! Why don't all endos and dentists do this!

Dr. Hoffman and her assistants, Angie and Doug are awesome! They are all kind, compassionate and professional and made sure I was comfortable during an apicoectomy I had a couple of months ago. Angie even gave me a soft blanket to keep me warm. Dr. Hoffman explained everything that was being done and was gentle and calming throughout the procedure even though I was very nervous. My follow up appointment was great and I appreciate the time Dr. Hoffman takes to answer all my questions (which I had many). Yesterday I went back for a consultation for an issue with pain in my upper teeth that my dentist couldn't figure out. Doug was great when I called and got me in right away. Dr. Hoffman and her entire staff were just wonderful. I was referred to her in a lot of pain, and she went the extra mile for me. Everyone in the office was so kind and empathetic. If you need an endodontist, I would highly recommend her.

My primary referred me to My Root Doctor after experiencing excruciating tooth pain. They were quick to get me into their office to be see. Doug started my paperwork while I was on the way. Upon arrival, Doug was very friendly and really sympathized with me. He went the extra step to get through to my insurance company and figure out my benefits. Angie was accommodating and made me feel I was in good hands. She gave me a blanket and headphones to help me relax and even gave me some petroleum jelly for my cracked lip (from all of the clove oil I had used). Doctor Hoffman was a godsend. She diagnosed me quickly, answered all of my questions, and then performed a root canal. Kind, professional, and thorough. The pricing was very fair. My only regret is not going to them sooner.
