My Community Pharmacy

This pharmacy provided me a great customer experience. Friendly staff and communicative with my questions and concerns with medication I was receiving. Johnny and his staff is highly professional and I have made this my go to pharmacy location.

I broke my leg in December, and in January my daughter took my prescription for a walker to Johnny at My Community Pharmacy. He was so helpful, and she brought me the walker. I was trying to apply for reimbursement through my insurance company, but could not find the receipt. Isabella was incredibly patient and helpful in trying to find the original purchase. She was so sweet and determined to solve my problem. Both she and Johnny are to be commended for making the extra effort to handle this issue!

Hands down the best pharmacy in the business. Their customer service is amazing, the staff are great and every time I've called them, seen then in the store, asked questions, etc., they've always gone out of their way to help me. I've never had a bad experience with them ever.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely poor customer service I called Community Compound Pharmacy next to Whole Foods on US 441/ St Rd 7, Wellington to ask a simple question about a prescription. The person who answered said I’d need to “find out,” then put me on hold. I waited an unreasonable amount of time and was eventually disconnected by a recording saying the mailbox was full. I called back four more times. Each time the call went straight to hold music — no greeting, no staff member, no opportunity to leave a message. They simply do not answer the phone. If you need reliable communication, this pharmacy is not dependable. Very frustrating experience.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years now,though many doctors. The customer service is impeccable and if they know I can get my medication cheaper somewhere else they tell me so. They know me by name and I appreciate everything they do for me!
