Doctor was great so I hate leaving this review. The woman that took my blood today made me very uncomfortable. She cut the tip of her glove off so she could keep her bare index finger on my skin that she just cleaned! And she has fake nails which are known to harbor bacteria. I asked her to alcohol my skin again and I said I’m a bit of a germaphobe so she cleaned my skin and then stuck her bare finger on it again! Then proceeded to insinuate that because of cleaning again she now lost my vein and proceeded to do the same to my next arm. It was not hygienic and made me extremely uncomfortable.

While speaking with my insurance company, looking for a new primary care provider, they suggested this place, and without looking at in reviews, I jumped in with both feet. I have to say it was an excellent choice! Every employee, from the ladies at the front desk, to my physicians assistant, to the nurses and techs Everybody there, rocks! They are so patient and helpful but I don’t think I could say enough good things about the people that work here. As a person with extremely low vision, it is absolutely wonderful when somebody remembers you and automatically tries to help get you to where you need to go. By far the best experience I have ever had anywhere. Everyone was nice and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable from start to finish. I had so much anxiety going in because I have been going through a difficult time and they made sure I was not embarrassed and also helped me way more than I could have ever expected. Thank you so much !

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helped my daughter to feel relaxed. Dr. Peck was very personable, friendly, and took his time with us. John Peck is a disgrace to the medical field. I went in after a visit to the emergency room because they diagnosed me with an infection and proscribed antibiotics without actually having done any testing to show what infection I had. I went in to have testing done and to explore any other possible causes for my inflammation. He refused to to talk to me about any of my concerns and screamed at me to just take the antibiotics and tried to intimidate me telling me that he’s the medical professional and that I don’t know anything. He obviously didn’t listen to the nurse and he definitely refused to listen to me at all. Just because I’m not a doctor does not mean I am an idiot. And on top of everything in his haste to dismiss me he failed to do a physical as required by insurance and moments af
