Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Buyer beware!!! I bought a pair of hearing aids about 4 years ago. They worked out great. So I decided to order me another pair. Little did I know that i would be robbed blind by Steve Dyke, the salesman behind miracle ear in Muskogee. He made an impression of my ear and sent off for them. When they came in , the hearing aids were too small. I told Steve this and so he mailed it back. I went a month without any hearing aids. When they finally came back they were still the same as they were before. I kept trying to tell Steve that these were not the size that I paid for. He treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He then conned me into sending them back in again. Again I went another month without any hearing aids. I've received nothing but excellent attention and service from Miracle-Ear of Muskogee,Ok. They have gone the extra mile to make sure the whole process was custom tailored to help me find the best equipment for my hearing needs. I'd recommend anyone with questions or concerns to give them a chance to help

They are literally sending advertising to a dead man who never even lived at the address with "Second notice" time sensitive information to the address. Once again they are sending things to a dead person. How reliable can there staff be? Update: they contacted me apologizing profusely and gave instructions on how to contact corporate to get this corrected. Corporate essentially said "so what, just throw them away". They proceeded to send additional mailings stating the deceased guy should call "to schedule a followup conversation about hearing aids". Absolutely questionable marketing tactics, which for a medical supply company (audiology related) is about as slimy as it gets.

I have kept my mouth shut for several years now but miracle ear has had the gal to send me customer satisfaction surveys and I finally decided to share my experience to help others. I purchased hearing aids at the Moore location in 2021. I was told at that time that I would be reimbursed by my insurance, blue cross blue shield. I never received payment from them. I spoke to my insurance several times and was told that all they needed was a pr-authorization form and they would fund. Multiple calls to miracle ear of Moore did not provide results. When I brought the issue up with the Muskogee office, I was told that there was a problem in the training process and that I would be helped. But, by then my insurance was asking for a second opinion and I was referred to an audiologist who I never
