Everyone was really nice and they give suggestions if your child sucks their thumb and sometimes to try and get them to stop also they look for kids I meant to say they let the kids pick out toys after the appointment is done

Had used them for a couple years. After moving I've asked for my records to be faxed to me but they kept insisting they will email them to me. From my understanding emailing health records is a HIPAA violation and I am still waiting for my records. They also would keep changing my appointment times. Generally it was a few minutes (10 to 15) minutes but like others have said when you schedule off work and then they change the times it makes it very inconvenient. The amount of text messages reminding you of your appointments can also be a bit much. One a week or so out and another a day or so out from your appointment is okay. But five or six or more quickly becomes a nuisance.

We've gone to this dentist for the past two years, we felt like we could trust Dr. Massad, and they seemed to handle out toddler pretty well. The first time we made an appointment for our toddler (over the phone, 3ish months in advance) we showed up and they said we didn't have an appointment - they saw him anyway so we let it go. We've also noticed that when you make the appointment they will tell you one time and two days before you actual appointment they will text you a different time (usually 15-30 minutes difference). Which for asking time off from work etc is very inconsiderate and rude. This has happened each time. My husband had a tooth pulled and they demanded payment immediately. Highly recommend, the staff is amazing and they are very professional. I went in today with no appointment to have a tooth pulled I was in so much pain. No other dentist would see me and it was an emergency. They were great, they got me in to see the dentist within a couple hours, got it out miraculously and made sure I was okay before letting me even stand up. My son had a root canal done a few months back and they were very patient with him as well. If you or your children need any dental work I definitely would give them a try.

I called to get fillings and they told me they could do it after an initial appointment then after the initial appointment they said I had a ton of cavities and they couldn’t do fillings until 5 months later. The office staff was also pretty rude about everything. Go to Dr. Evan’s in Fort Gibson he is great.
