Muscle Medicine: Thai Massage and Trigger Point Therapy

Gretchen is amazing! I’ve been toughing it out with a dodgy hip for a couple of years (off & on). After 1 session, it is markedly improved! Cannot wait for my next visit.

The best massage I’ve had in Athens, hands down. Thai massage works really well for my imbalances and chronic pain, and my session with Gretchen surpassed expectations. I intend to make this part of my routine body work. 10/10, highly recommend.

Gretchen is a phenomenal therapist! She combines trigger point therapy with Thai massage techniques for a deeply restorative and goal-oriented treatment. I especially love her work on the breath muscles. She takes her time and follows pain referral patterns, often working two trigger points at one time! She’s creative in her approach & really listens to the body. She’s a gem:)

Gretchen is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the human body and how to fix all your aches and pains! It may seem unconventional at first but trust the process! She took me from hardly being able to move when I threw my back out to walking out the door after the massage!

Hands down the best massage I've ever had. Gretchen really knows her stuff. Actually kinda of blown away with her knowledge of all the way things are supposed to be. I couldn't even rise my shoulder all the way up and after I left I almost have full range of motion and no nagging pain. I highly recommend and you won't be disappointed. 6 Stars honestly. 🌟
