MUSC Health Urgent Care Elgin Medical Pavilion

Kind of a hidden gem! I’ve now had two great experiences at MUSC Health Urgent Care in Elgin. Seen quickly thanks to the reasonable wait times in an uncrowded waiting area that was very calm/quiet. The reception team was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the medical staff provided thorough, compassionate care. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing fast and efficient medical attention!

Thank you to the Staff and Kayla, NP for excellent care. They were friendly and efficient getting my stats. I was set up with appointment the next day before I left. Very thankful for the care I received.

If I could give 10 stars I would! From the time Cynthia smiled and welcomed me at the front desk until I received my discharge papers from Eve, I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect! When Madison did my intake she was attentive and friendly as could be! When my CPA Miss Kayla came in and greeted me, she allowed me to be open and honest! She even treated me for a different issue then what I was being seen for! Outstanding! I will be telling ALL of my friends about my awesome experience! I just can't thank my "care team" enough! God bless them all!

This is not the place to go if you need pain meds, I got an ear infection so bad my ear hole swollen shut and had a fever of 102.3. they wouldn't give me anything for pain. Went back the next day dieing of pain and got arthritis and gout nsaid meds. Even after I said I was alternating Tylenol and ibuprofen and it wasn't working. Thank God I found some old meds cause I would have had to go to the hospital cause the pain was so great.
