MUSC Health Endocrinology at Elgin Medical Pavilion

You will always have to wait you’re placed in the room and have to wait over and hour pass your appointment time How does this make sense if you’re her first patient…? This is maybe my 4th time here and it’s the same. The patient time isn’t important even though we also have jobs to get to.

I have been here twice. Both times I got taken back at a reasonable speed based on my appt time but once I got put in a room, I had to wait appx an hour before Dr. Deepthi came in. The first time, I waited 45 mins..she lasted all of 5 minutes in the room with me and didn’t seem to truly care about helping me. The second time I waited an entire hour. It makes no sense to schedule someone for a slotted time if she can’t attend her patients at least within 30 minutes. Some of us are taking a break from work to be seen, our time should be valued. If you can find another endocrinologist, do yourself the favor and book them instead.
