They use to be good but now I can't get in touch with anyone to get my prescription refill or a prior authorization. Cant even schedule an appointment smh.

I agree with all the comments! I have been calling for weeks and NO ONE EVER calls me back. I too, had to drive there to try and get my sons diabetic prescriptions filled and they STILL never called it in. That is a life or death prescription for a diabetic!! I am looking for a new doctor as well. Absolutely ridiculous!

Every since my old doctor retired no one has NEVER I MEAN NEVER RETURN MY CALLS... THE NEW PEOPLE IN THEIR IS NOT DOING THEIR JOBS AT ALL 👎🏽😠my daughter had to find me another primary doctor and they are the best And the receptions answers the phone

Impossible to get anyone to answer. I had to drive to the office several times in one day just to get my mother's prescriptions filled for over a week. They kept sending to the wrong pharmacy and then saying we put it in when they clearly didn't.

I've tried for weeks to schedule an appointment. Nobody answers the phone or apprently checks their voicemails to make calls back.
