As someone who usually avoids doctor visits, I was very nervous about going to the ER, but the staff made such a positive difference. From the moment I arrived, everyone was attentive, kind, and professional. Every nurse I encountered was wonderful. Jennifer, one of the nurses, and Deb, the NP, were absolutely phenomenal and took such great care of me. They truly helped make a stressful situation so much more comfortable. I’m incredibly grateful for their compassion and would highly recommend this facility!

My wife's just surgery on her ankle that was broken in seven places. We arrived at the hospital at 6:15 because our arrival time was supposedly 6:30. This particular hospital seems to be very clean and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The doctor's there seem to be very knowledgeable and some of the best in the area. The only complaint that I could offer up would be that our 6:30 time for arrival ended up being that she was taken back for preparation at 8:00. She's not a happy camper having waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Every nurse, doctor, and team member I interacted with made me feel heard, safe, and respected during a time when I really needed it. They took the time to explain everything clearly, checked on me consistently, and made sure I was comfortable both physically and emotionally. What truly stood out to me was how attentive they were to my well-being after my care as well — they made sure I had a safe way to get home and did not rush me out. The staff was super awesome as always. I hate that I go through this so much but the intense help and assistance is tier 1. I was a 9 coming in and I’m feeling like a 1. Breathing a whole lot better. I’m going to get this under control. MUSC staff is literally the greatest. Trust me, I’ve been here ALOT! Thank you guys. 🫶🫶🫶🫶

My daughter went in labor early. Dr. Nsikan St. Martin was on point. She had the room set up as well as OR in case. In this case the OR had to be used for a C-section. She was passionate asking questions as the delivery was happening, professional, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Stephanie and Mailan very passionate, professional and knowledgeable through out this stressful ordeal. The mom and daughter are good just need extra care. My only complaint is getting more staff to delivery babies because all child birth delivery's are important not all situations can reach out hospital. The next thing is critical care for labor and delivery. My daughter had to be transferred to another hospital. All staff was friendly and acted with urgency. Hospital very clean.
