My husband recently established himself as a patient here and I have attended his appointments and procedures. I was blown away by the care that Dr Krishna showed both of us. He was patient during the appointment and when the time came for his procedure, he explained everything throughly. My husband has been struggling with swallowing an acid reflux and the procedure that was completed a few weeks ago was life-changing!

Dr Krishna was very kind and professional while seeing me for my gastrointestinal issues and the upper GI procedure was uneventful and no adverse affects were experienced. However, I do not know the full results because I was not seen during my post-op appointment due to a co-pay issue. I paid my insurance co-pay for my initial office visit and another more expensive copay at the endoscopy center where my procedure was performed. But for a follow-up appointment where I should have received my full results yet another insurance co-pay was required. I’ve simply been co-payed to death and was not able to pay this one. I even asked that the office staff just bill me after they accused me of fighting with them which was a gross exaggeration of my reaction to another copay request. I live

8-18-17....My Mom was referred to Dr Krishna from my Primary Care Doctor.....when I called his office they had NO new patient appointments until at least a month away and my Mother was just diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the Liver and I did NOT want to wait. I spoke to Jennifer at the office and she said to call back after 1:00pm to see if anyone has cancelled. So every day I called back after 1:00pm and then FINALLY there was a cancellation on August 9th, 2017 at 7:45am....I had requested the new patient forms in advance and Jennifer directed me to the website where I printed out the forms....(I work in Healthcare too and am very familiar with the drill).....I filled out ALL the forms so that I could be one step ahead. Dr Krishna is wonderful! I had an unusual diagnosis and he worked closely with my primary care physician and infectious disease specialist to ensure I received the best of care. He is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. His office staff is great as well. Highly recommend!

The entire visit was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the doctor. He took the time that I needed an was extremely thorough about my procedure! The best part of my visit was the MA. Best personality ! I will definitely be back and so happy for it to be a pleasant experience instead of the dreaded doctor visit! Outstanding experience all around!!
