I have always had a relatively good experience at Stonybrook children's. I have a 10-year-old annd an 3 year old and been followed by them the entire time l have an 8 month old and came in for a sick visit. The way this doctor spoke to me and my husband was accusatory, rude and condensing. I am currently a Registered nurse and it took a lot for me to remain calm and collected. I have worked with doctors and providers and I am shocked that one would speak to patients this way. Yes I understand burnout but don't take it out on your patients. Life is too short.
