Munchkins Pediatrics

I love munchkins pediatrics. Shawna is one of the BEST pediatricians in Dade City. My kids absolutely love her. She goes through everything in detail, and makes it easy to understand. I was taking my kids to tampa family health centers but once I found munchkins pediatrics I switched immediately. Munchkins pediatrics really helped my children and I was able to get referrals for specialists a lot quicker than I was at tampa family... bless Shawna for helping my family with all their care needs. She such an amazing person. More pediatricians need to be just like her. Once you switch to Shawna you'll never want another pediatrician. She really cares about your children and willing to help them as much as you're willing to help them. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician. Thank you Shawna f

We love this practice and Dr Shauna and all receptionists, but leaving a 4 star due to communication. They don't answer questions over the phone unless you schedule a telehealth appointment. Alls I wanted to know was is there anything I should be looking out for or concerned about with a sickness my daughter had... but I apparently need a telehealth visit. She's better and cant miss more school for a telehealth visit while she's healthy again. We've also had scheduling confusion that was partly our fault where our appointment was cancelled without clear confirmation so nobody was there when we showed up... and also billing mishaps that were less than ideal (charging 95$ to tell us about a vaccination... apparently they billed that to insurance, but insurance didn't take it so they bille

We love this place! The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and Shauna is absolutely amazing. My toddler loves her, too! I'm a mom of two, and my kids have had several pediatricians due to us relocating, and Munhkins has been one of our favorites. Shauna even took a couple minutes during my daughter's check up to answer some random questions I had about a health concern of my own! Very welcoming environment, and tons of toys for the kids to play with. Can't recommend them enough. ❤️

Love this office! Dr. Shauna is the best. As a first time mom I can tend to get worried over every little thing, but she makes me feel reassured and listens to any concerns I have.
