MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Kirkland

All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, I was recently in a car crash and feel so alone and helpless and they made me feel so cared for and heard. The facility is so clean and welcoming as well, lots of seating and the kind man at the front desk even offered a lady a warm blanket in the common area. Very friendly very welcoming, 10/10 stars especially for my Dr I seen with Sarah Christensen ARNP and all of the staff. Thank you and I will be returning if ever needed. Great service at this urgent care. MA’s were friendly and efficient, clinic was extremely clean and quiet. I arrived at 10:30 and was told the next available time to be seen was 1:30. I love that I didn’t have to wait in a waiting room, but stayed comfy in my home until my appt time. I came back at 1:20, was seen immediately. My test came back quickly and I was written a script for antibiotics. The NP was efficient & asked appropriate questions. The whole appt took less than 30 minutes. First time in this urgent care and if the need arises, I would absolutely go back here.

I just can't say enough good things about this urgent care center! 🙌 It's so close to my home, and the staff is amazing, especially Doctor Sarah. 🤩 As a single mom of five, I've had to deal with some small, family emergencies, but this team has always been there to provide us with the care and support we need. ❤️ Dr. Sarah and the nursing staff are exceptional. Their amazing care and compassion, even on rainy days, have made a significant difference. I'm truly grateful. thank you so much

When I went I was there for a UTI, I peed in a cup and was told to leave it in the bathroom, the public bathroom that both the patient and staff use. When I was having urgency and needed to pee I was told I couldn’t go in there by another patient because she just left a sample. I was in so much pain and I had to stand there and wait. When I went back to see the doctor it was maybe 10 minutes in total, 5 minutes with the nurse and only 5ish minutes with the doctor that I had been waiting to see. I spent more time waiting for the bathroom than that! When I saw the doctor she asked me a couple questions didn’t let me fully explain my situation and she wrote up a prescription for a UTI (that I didn’t have) and left. I had heard good things but pleasantly surprised to find everyone so nice. Every single employee asked how I was and if they could get me something to drink. The lobby was bright, clean and looked almost like a new coffee shop. The medical staff were nice and very talented. I will return again.
