I came to MultiCare Medical after getting into an accident, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They helped me treat the neck pain I was having and always listened to any complaints I had in terms of areas of pain. The Desk Staff / Natalie , Nathalia ,Gianni will get you Scheduled Super fast. They have great Therapist Like Erica that’s very Knowledgeable in the field of Therapy . Lou is another Good therapist . By and far the best physical therapy center I’ve been to. The people at the front desk are super helpful and nice, especially G. I’ve been coming here on and off for a year and I would not be where I am today without this amazing group. The other physical therapy clinics i’ve been to previously have not been nearly as helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable as this group. Highly recommend.
