After 15+ years as a personal trainer and bodybuilding, I felt like I had the body of an 80-year-old - constant pain, stiffness, and barely able to move. I thought this was just my life now. I’m on session 8 of Marie’s 10-series (about 2 months in), and the change is incredible. My chronic low back pain is gone. I have my range of motion back. I went to see Marie primarily for consistent neck, shoulder and back problems due to work, sports, accidents and neglect. She has completely transformed the way I walk, stand, sit and taught me to use my body properly. She fixed things that I wasn't even aware were off. I am amazed at how she can look at a person, see what's off in their body and restructure it. I feel amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me so I could understand how they were happening and how to prevent it from happening again.
