Great experience. I really like how friendly everyone is but I love how thorough they are. They took care of contacting my insurance company & giving me an estimate of each procedure I needed to get. It's really nice knowing how much you're going to pay beforehand & not being surprised. The dentist listens well & does a great job, too.

My hygienist , Cheri, is always friendly, thorough, and great at explaining everything. The dentist listened well when I talked about the problem with my tooth. I really appreciate the thoughtful research into my treatment plan.

Sherry does such an amazing job and makes me feel so comfortable. No matter what, it's not always easy going to the dentist, even if it's just for a cleaning. Sherry made me feel so relaxed and she does such a great job on my teeth.

I feel like I always get good teethcare at Midwest dental. Dental hygienist and dentists are very nice. Glad they have a discount plan. They book a year out but are good about putting you on waiting list and calling when there is an opening. I like to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months

I haven't seen a dentist in 10 + years my teeth in my opinion where bad. I was also expecting pain. I was very nervous due to the long time of not having good oral care. The assistant i forgot her name was very nice to me after 4 visits the first being an assessment the second being the first part of a debrement (deep cleaning) this person was very nice to me as well 3rd vista was to fill some cavities. 4th was to finish my cleaning. I was treated very kindly and fairly by all my blood pressure as a result has gone down to a much safer level too. I like that they are honest with me. I know after so many years of bad oral care I needed to here that I needed to do better. I have since gotten an electric tooth brush I also floss and rinse better.
