Mt Sinai Med Center Radiology Dpt

I had an ultrasound guided needle for my right hip on November 8th. It was performed by Dr. Nirav Joshi assisted by Lizette Sotero and Samantha Olsen. They were all so caring and kind. Thank you. Mount Sinai Hospital radiology department is lucky to have them. They are an asset. Also want to thank Dr. Karim Sabeh for referring me. They are all Superfine professionals!

I went to do the MRI on 01/25/2022. I have never met that rude staff like that day. Firstly I had to wait very long time before they let me in. The nurse who prepared me for the exam she put on an IV tube for me an hour before the exam, while she could have done it right before the exam, so I wouldn't have to sit for an hour with a pain in my arm and unable to move freely. Besides, I had to take off my clothes and put on an examination uniform and sit in it for an hour while shaking from cold because it was very cold in the room where I was waiting. I asked if I could do it a few minutes before the exam because I was cold and if the IV could be connected later, to which the rude nurse said no, because she would have other patients later. and I was watching this nurse all the time and ther

I had a great experience here! I only had to wait five minutes before getting called to the back. Dr Krauthamer and his team heard my concerns and were willing to help me. I had been struggling to find a doctor to help me with my case, and Mount Sinai Interventional Radiology was the only place that was willing to take me in quickly and help me. Thank you!

On July 6, I had two scans to have done. This was not my first time here; the first time was awful. But this time the techs were great, they were knowledgeable and cordial, took their time. This was a pretty positive experience. So I do thank Yamile and Vanessa in the Ultrasound dept for doing a professional job!! Being a nurse myself I know how important it is to be friendly and professional. Thanks.

Great experience. Checked in at 7:50 pm on Jan 24, 2023. 10 min later was doing the MRI. Great team, everyone was nice, thanks for the help and all jokes
