Great experience. Friendly staff. They took my insurance which most don't. There's only 4 places within 75 miles that take my exam and my glasses. The doctor went above and beyond. He even researched the rare disease I have and how it may interact with my vision. I'm glad I went here instead of downtown Cincy where the 'experts' are. I got my glasses within 2 weeks and the clarity is better than ever. Fast appointment, too. Thank you.

I made an app for my daughter when I called I ask what type of insurance they took. They named the one my daughter has. So I made the app and before we hung up I made sure they took it again. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for the app and the day before they called to conform she was coming to the app I asked again about the insurance she said yes again. About an hour later the same lady that I have talked to the hole time called and said they do not take her insurance and I would have to find somewhere else to take her. I waited almost 3 weeks and took the day off work for nothing! I can't believe they called the day before her app to tell me they don't take her insurance that I so unprofessional!

Posting for my mom who is technologically challenged. :) She went to her eye exam and ordered her contacts (without her usual insurance so the price was outrageous) so she only purchased a 3 month supply. She asked the doctor if he knew the kind she usually gets and he said “I have my ways.” (WTH) Fast forward, she gets her contacts and they are not the brand or color she always gets. Mind you she has been to this place for years. So she calls them to let them know and they say “well, since you opened them, we cannot exchange or give your money back”. This would all be fine except it wasn’t her fault that they ordered the wrong contacts. Money is tight and now she has contacts that move around in her eye and she can’t wear. Office doctor lives in Florida and comes into Ohio every few weeks. If you need anything from him the office staff does apologize and explains the doctor is hard to get intouch with. I will give up convenience for efficiency. Eastgate here I come.

When my husband tried to make an appointment over the phone, the woman he was speaking to was so rude that we will not go back. We have been seeing Doctor Chatfield for several years without any problems but no more.
