Kratzer's Hometown Pharmacy Mount Orab

Kratzers is the best!!! They fill scripts in timely fashion. They care about their customers/patients. They answer questions with honest answers. Go out of their way to help. Switching from Kroger after years of frustration was the best thing I ever did for my health.

My first time using this pharmacy for myself. Love how fast and efficient they are, but I do think Pam needs to re-learn her communication skills. Not everyone works in a pharmacy and understands the systems you use. Just explain and don’t get flustered and walk away for someone who law to handle it because you have no patience. The woman that did help me was quick to explain and was kind. Thank you !

I’ve been using Kratzers for a while now after switching from Kroger when my insurance dropped them. I have to say I will never ever use a big name pharmacy again if I move too far from this one. They are always extremely helpful and caring when I come in and I have never once had an issue. I don’t dread having to pick up my medication anymore because I know I’ll be taken care of and treated kindly.

After years of dealing with the frustration of Kroger pharmacy, I switched to Kratzer's Hometown pharmacy, almost a year ago, i guess. When I told Kroger that I was going to be using Kratzer's one of the Kroger pharmacy people told me I'd be disappointed if I made the move. After all, she said, they couldn't match Kroger hours of operation. I told them that hours of operation aren't that important when they take 4 days to fill a prescription. 1 time, my Dr. changed one of the insulins I take. I rec'd a call from Kratzer's that they wouldn't have it until the next day. As it was late in the day, I wasn't surprised. The next morning the new insulin was delivered. I don't have to call the pharmacy to remind them to refill my meds, like I had to do with Kroger pharmacy. And they deliver!!!

Two of my family members have used the Care First Urgent Care Clinic which is right next door to this pharmacy. Both times we've used Kratzer's we were SO IMPRESSED with the fast and friendly service. Within minutes of getting the prescription ordered, Kratzer's texted that it was ready for pick up. When someone is sick, it's frustrating to have to wait for hours for a prescription to be filled. Our last several Kroger Pharmacy experiences were poor. Kratzer's will now be our "go to" local pharmacy!
